Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return or refund. Products damaged due to improper handling or wear after delivery are also not eligible.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@aarumisilver.com with your Order ID and clear images or videos showing the issue. Once the request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
